How the tiers work

Do I have to pay for customization to use NetMagnify?

No. The platform works out of the box and you can start using it on day one without any additional investment. That said, most customers choose to customize the look, feel, and workflow to match their brand and how their team operates. Think of it less like a setup fee and more like buying a suit that actually fits rather than one off the rack.

How is customization priced, and will I know the cost upfront?

All customization is billed at a flat $150/hr rate. Before any work begins, we provide a written scope with a fixed cost estimate for your approval. You don't pay for anything that wasn't agreed to in advance — and if the project comes in under estimate, you're only billed for actual time spent.

Most first-time customization projects land between $2,000 and $8,000 — covering branding, workflow setup, custom fields, and any integrations specific to your business.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full platform access so you can evaluate exactly how it works for your team before committing to anything.

What happens if my team grows past a tier during the month?

You automatically move to the next tier rate for any new users added. We prorate the difference — you're never penalized for growing. Importantly, your existing users stay at their current rate. Only the new users are billed at the next tier rate. If you're close to a tier boundary, we'll flag it before the change happens.

What if I need a feature that doesn't exist yet?

We want to hear it. If the feature would benefit our broader customer base, we build it into the core platform at no charge. If it's specific to your business, we scope and build it as a custom project at $150/hr — always approved before we start.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You're billed month to month and can cancel at any time. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export anything you need.

What are the storage and record limits on each tier?

Essentials includes 25 GB of file storage and up to 250,000 records. Professional includes 100 GB and up to 1,000,000 records. Enterprise includes unlimited storage and unlimited records. These limits are set generously — most businesses at each tier will never come close to them.
